This box gluing machine is composed of an automatic feeding section, a grinding and gluing section, a conveying section, and a manual folding and pressing section. Workers fold and press them by hand. After reaching a certain quantity, they are placed in the pneumatic working department to be pressed tightly. Its feature is that the feeding section has a fast automatic feeding speed, but it cannot feed folded cardboard and can only feed flat plates. The feeding section of this type of box gluing machine is similar to the structure of the front line paper feeding. It is fed by special tapes, rollers, etc. At the same time, it can also complete the bonding of two pieces of cardboard in a box, and can also complete the bonding of special boxes such as irregular-shaped boxes and boxes with uneven edges. Its grinding and gluing working part can precisely roughen and apply glue on the areas that need to be bonded. It can also use the nozzles equipped on this machine to spray glue locally on irregular-shaped boxes. The machine has 12 workstations on both sides, allowing 12 workers to operate simultaneously. The production speed is also quite impressive.
