The working principle of the semi-automatic nail box machine

1.Manual feeding: Place the folded carton boards on the equipment's conveying platform and adjust their positions to align them.

2.Mechanical positioning and stapling: The equipment conveys the carton boards via a conveyor belt. Once reaching the designated position, the mechanical device automatically positions the creases of the carton. The box-stapling head drives the staples through the cardboard, and a mold bends and fixes both ends of the staples to complete the stapling.

3.Manual collection: After the stapling is completed, manually take out the carton from the equipment's outlet and inspect its quality.
