Quality determination: For each lubrication point, the type and grade of oil used are determined based on different requirements.

Use the oil specified on the lubrication card strictly. However, when the specified oil is temporarily insufficient and needs to be used as a substitute or mixed, the regulations should be followed.

Oil materials should be tested and analyzed before use. Oil materials that do not meet the standards are strictly prohibited from being used.

The electrical components on the carton machinery and equipment, such as various transmission motors, should be cleaned and have their oil changed by electricians.

All lubrication points that are oiled once or several times a day per shift and all sliding guide surfaces, etc., shall be oiled and maintained by the operator.

The replenishment of oil tanks, oil pools, and oil materials, as well as regular cleaning and oil change, are all handled by lubrication workers, with the cooperation of operators.

Timing: According to the lubrication chart or card, add oil, refill oil and clean and change oil at regular intervals.

Before starting work every day, the equipment operator checks the oil level in each oil tank, cleans the surfaces of each sliding guide rail, adds lubricating oil, and conducts an empty run check before production to observe whether the lubrication system is working normally.

All oil tanks and filling holes on the equipment should be kept intact. Missing covers should be replaced in time to prevent iron filings, dust, etc. from entering the friction surfaces and oil tanks.
