In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economic construction, the paper packaging industry has become increasingly prosperous, with products constantly being updated and the requirements for technology and equipment getting higher and higher. The paper packaging industry urgently needs advanced equipment designed and manufactured by the machinery manufacturing industry to match it, in order to jointly participate in international competition. Recently, the Paper Products Packaging Committee of the China Packaging Federation has put forward four suggestions for the development of China's carton packaging machinery manufacturing industry:
First, in the production of corrugated cardboard, it is necessary to research and develop high-speed vacuum adsorption corrugating rollers to enhance the stability of equipment operation and reduce the accident rate. Appropriately restrict the manufacturing of single corrugated paperboard machines with low technological content, high consumption and low efficiency. Packaging machinery should develop mechatronics technology, computer control technology and module technology, and improve the design and manufacturing level.
Second, carton printing has evolved from single-color printing to multi-color printing. The multi-color printing of carton packaging machinery enterprises in China is just getting started. Although, in general, due to constraints such as the quality of the plates, printing plates, plate-making technology, and printing machinery, there are currently few beautifully printed cartons in China, this is a developing trend that must be noted. The development of flexographic printing is a way to reduce the production cost of cartons. Although flexographic printing for cartons is just getting started in China, we should clearly see its potential vitality. We should constantly summarize and exchange experiences in improving the surface quality of cardboard, anilox rollers, flexible printing plates and plate-making technologies, printing operation techniques, and the quality of water-based inks, and break through difficulties through practice.
Third, mechanical components should be produced in a standardized and specialized collaborative manner, which can not only avoid unnecessary troubles for paper packaging manufacturers in maintenance due to poor universality and interchangeability; It can also help the complete machine manufacturers reduce costs and decrease the capital investment required to improve the quality of components.
Fourth, in light of the rapid development of micro-corrugated cardboard abroad and the actual demands in China, mechanical manufacturing enterprises should intensify their efforts in the development and production of fine corrugation rollers. Mechanical manufacturers should also improve the corresponding box-making machinery to promote the development of micro-corrugated boxes in China's paper box factories.
