Autonomous maintenance

Education and training for continuous improvement.

TPM has only been gradually implemented in carton enterprises in recent years. Although there are still many unsolved troubles in actual operation, this kind of equipment maintenance and care method that builds maintenance on the basis of operators and forms a tower structure has greatly saved the time of technicians. This enables them to have more time to deal with other quality issues or improve production efficiency. The main contents of equipment TPM management include: pursuing the goal of achieving the highest total equipment efficiency; being responsible for the entire life cycle of the equipment and establishing a corresponding production and maintenance system; emphasizing the active participation of all departments (equipment planning, procurement, maintenance, and renewal and transformation departments) and forming a full-staff equipment maintenance system. Strengthen the concept of unified production and maintenance, pay attention to ideological education, and carry out group voluntary activities to promote production and maintenance work. TPM emphasizes operability, considers issues from a practical perspective, and provides guidance and support for equipment management work.

TPM is a management activity involving all employees. Its foundation and essence are carried out through the "5S"(Sort, set in order, Shine, Clean, Maintain) activities. TPM management of equipment is only a partial TPM activity carried out by the production department and the equipment maintenance department, and the activity is centered on the equipment. With the wide application of TPM in carton enterprises, it is no longer merely a local interest activity aimed at increasing production volume or reducing equipment failures, but a comprehensive art that pursues overall benefits. An important part of TPM is to carry out equipment management methods centered on inspection. The scheduled maintenance of the maintenance department and the collaborative activities of the autonomous maintenance teams in the production department are the two main pillars of TPM. The guiding ideology of TPM management is "Three Alls", namely all staff, all systems and all efficiency. The relationship among the three is that all staff are the foundation, the entire system is the carrier, and overall efficiency is the goal.
