Four suggestions from carton equipment enterprises

First, the corrugated cardboard production line should research and develop high-speed vacuum adsorption corrugating rollers to enhance the stability of equipment operation and reduce the accident rate. Appropriately restrict single-corrugated cardboard machines with low technological content, high consumption and low efficiency, as such equipment is no longer the mainstream of development.

Packaging machinery should develop mechatronics technology, computer control technology and module technology, and improve the design and manufacturing level.

Second, in light of the rapid development of micro-corrugated cardboard abroad and the actual demands in China, mechanical component manufacturing enterprises need to intensify their efforts in developing and producing fine corrugation rollers. Mechanical manufacturing plants should improve the corresponding box-making machinery to promote the development of micro-corrugated boxes in China's carton factories.

Iii. Carton printing has evolved from single-color printing to multi-color printing. The multi-color printing of carton enterprises in China is just getting started. Although, in general, due to constraints such as the quality of the plates, printing plates, plate-making technology, and printing machinery, there are still not many beautifully printed cartons in China at present, this is a developing trend. It must be noted that developing flexographic printing is a way to reduce the production cost of cartons. Although flexographic printing for cartons is just getting started in China, its potential vitality should be clearly recognized. It is necessary to constantly summarize and exchange factors such as the improvement of the surface quality of cardboard, anilox rollers, flexible printing plates and plate-making technology, printing operation technology, and the improvement and development of water-based inks. Through practice, difficulties should be overcome.

Fourth, mechanical components should be produced in a standardized and specialized collaborative manner. This not only avoids unnecessary maintenance troubles for paper packaging production plants due to poor universality and interchangeability, but also helps the entire production line reduce costs and minimize the capital investment required to improve the quality of components.
